Grievance Procedure

If a caregiver has a complaint or would like to comment about the service, they are encouraged to talk to Kidz Klub management who will arrange a time to discuss their concern and come to a resolution to address the issue. Alternatively, you are able to email the Kidz Klub email or use the contact link on the website.
