Changes to Bookings

All changes to permanent bookings need to be requested through My Family Lounge. To do so, you go to your current enrolment at the bottom of your account details page. 2 weeks’ written notice is required for withdrawing your child from care. Any days missed due to illness, extra holidays etc, cannot be made up.
